Group Yoga/Movement Classes

All classes are small so you receive personal attention from Debi, and there’s no big gym atmosphere to distract or intimidate you. Classes are on-going, so you can join at anytime. Ask about special pricing for adults over age 65!

Classes Offered

Gentle Yoga

Does your body feel stiff, tight, crunchy or cranky? Would you like to be more at ease in your body and movements? In this accessible, all levels class you will stretch, breathe, release and align.  Leave feeling nourished and rejuvenated.

Yoga for Men, Only

Curious about Yoga, however you have been too intimidated to try a class? Are your hips, hamstrings, and shoulders stiff or tight? This semi-private class helps men relieve stress and pain, increase range of motion, and decrease chance of injury. Leave class feeling more aligned, balanced, and calm yet energized.


Classes are held at Joyspace Movement Lab, 161 West Main Street in Clinton (on the Madison/Clinton town line: map)

Monday Gentle Yoga 5:30-6:30 pm
Tuesday Gentle Yoga 9:30-10:30 am
Wednesday Yoga for Men Only* 5:45-6:45 pm
Thursday Gentle Yoga 9:30-10:30 am

*Class size is limited. Pre-registration required.
