We have been working with a saying in the Restorative class, “Your attention becomes your intention.”
I recently enjoyed a fortune cookie, and loved my “fortune” You will be surrounded by luxury”, I liked it so much I placed on the edge of my laptop. One night I was driving home from a family dinner and thinking about the elegantly set table, the delicious food, the fun company, I realized, I am surrounded by luxury! I’m embracing it.
Are you not seeing something right in front of you? What intention are you creating? Where is your attention?
Sitting on my back porch, Saturday morning, in the moment. Watching for hummingbirds, listening to the birds, hanging with dogs. Namaste🙏🏻

Wow! That came at a really timely moment
Craig’s daughter told us she would like to live at home for the 3 years she wants to to grad school She is 31 and luckily single, but has a dog
All I have been focusing on is the negative since she told us, just keeping it all to myself
This makes me see that I need a different focus
Thank you so much!
Love you,
Debbie

Very nice post Debi! My family thinks I can be a diva at times. But I say, we only go around one time, so why can’t I have my dinner on the “good” china or drink my flavored seltzer or water out of my Waterford? Little things every day can make each day a little special! If you don’t treat yourself like a queen, who else will? Ha-ha! See you Saturday – Maureen

I agree, Maureen, our outer world is a reflection of our inner world, so, yes, treat yourself!
